Suggested use

For ages 0 months to adults, take one teaspoon (5 mL) per day. For pregnant women take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) per day. Take with food a few hours away from medications. Shake well. Use within 2 months of opening. Refrigerate for optimal taste.
